Refund Policy
At AP LTD we want you to have a positive experience whenever you shop with us.
AP LTD will only be able to process refunds after a valid cancellation confirmation.
Cancellations are only deemed valid after confirmation from AP LTD. An email should be sent to you confirming that your order has been cancelled, after which, a full refund will be provided.

Custom AP LTD E-Cards
Our Custom AP LTD E-Cards are eligible for full refunds on the basis that AP LTD receives a cancellation request within 1-2 days after paid order. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
In the unfortunate event your product is faulty due to software malfunction that is beyond repair by AP LTD. AP LTD will endeavour to provide full refund.

Non-customized AP LTD E-Card (Black plastic card with AP LTD logo)
Non-customized AP LTD E-Cards (black plastic card with AP LTD logo) refunds are dependant on the stage of cancellation.
Cancellations made within 14 days of purchase are granted a full refund and backed by our 14 day Money Back Guarantee.

Reprint Policy
If you received a printed product that you’re dissatisfied with, please inform us via email and provide pictures of the product to Please highlight what you consider deficient, so we may advise and make changes where necessary.
On the odd occasion, you may be asked to return the product. Please only do this when AP LTD has requested.
Any error in production or you received anything different from the approved proof; AP LTD will provide a reprint with no additional cost to you.

In the event you received a defective product, a replacement will be sent with no additional cost.

Shipping Policy
AP LTD is responsible for your order from placement, to production and packaging. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases.

Thus, any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves.
If your order is returned to us due to being undeliverable, a reshipment fee, 110% of the initial shipping charge, will be required.
Please include a phone number with your order so that you may be easily contacted in the event that there is a problem with delivery.

Turnaround Times
Non-customised AP LTD E-Cards are delivered within 5-7 days of confirmed purchase.
Customized AP LTD E-Cards shipping times are post design process.
In the event that we are unable to complete production within the specified timeframe, we will accommodate for the additional time spent on production with a faster shipping method so that you can still receive your order on/around the estimated delivery date.
Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee delivery dates, the date you are provided with is only an estimate.
On rare occasions, where the print output may not meet our quality control standards, we’ll have no choice but to reprint your order, causing delays. You will be informed in such occasion.

Customs Policy for International Orders
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. AP LTD does not have control over these fees, nor can we predict the exact cost of these fees.

Thus, we are not responsible for informing you of the specific fees that may apply; it is your responsibility, as the customer and the importer, to check what your country’s requirements are for all customs fees, before placing your order.
Please also be advised that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
